In a blender, combine mangoes (2 cups), yogurt, milk (¼ cups), sugar (2 tbsp), and cardamom (½ tsp).
Incomplete blending: Leaving chunks of fruit will result in icy, uneven pockets in the final popsicle.

BLEND
Blend until completely smooth.
Icy texture: Under-blending leaves fruit fibers that freeze into unpleasant, icy shards.
The mixture is smooth and no mango chunks are visible.
TASTE
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Grainy texture: If using granulated sugar, ensure it is fully dissolved; undissolved crystals will create an unpleasant gritty texture.
Sweetness is adjusted to your preference.
POUR
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Overfilling: Leave a small gap at the top to allow for expansion as the mixture freezes.
Popsicle molds are filled with the mango mixture.
FREEZE
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
Leaning sticks: If the mixture is too thin, sticks may tilt. Use foil to cover the mold and hold them in place.
Popsicles are completely frozen and firm.
UNMOLD
To unmold, run the molds briefly under warm water.
Over-melting: Running under water for too long will cause the popsicle to fall off the stick.
